Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very compact and surprisingly comfortable, especially the bed.All we needed for breakfasts and light cooking including outdoor BBQ. Even has a coffee machine! Close (10 min walk) to Neve Yam Beach. Zachi the host responded within minutes and was very helpful.

Negative: Building program nearby makes it noisy from 7.0.-4.0 and very dusty. Need to have a car: supermarket about 8 min drive.

Summary: Compact amenity near a beautiful beach. Excellent host.
