The property is strictly for families only.
Unmarried couples or groups of young individuals (male-only or female-only) are not permitted.
No outside visitors or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.
All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 Pm
Check-out: By 12:00 Pm
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
3. Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
Any damages or missing items must be reported immediately.
The cost of any damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Smoking & Substances
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet. Designated outdoor areas are available.
The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Facilities Usage
Treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care.
Pool and outdoor facilities must not be used after 12:00 Am, out of respect for all guests and for safety reasons.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
7. Noise & Respect
Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 Am to 12:00 Pm.
Kindly avoid loud music or disruptive behavior to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
8. Payment & Deposits
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
A refundable security deposit of [specify amount] is required at check-in and will be returned at check-out, subject to property inspection.
9. Cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours (3 days) before the check-in date.
