3 Bedroom House in Forest Acres

This charming 3 bedroom ranch on top of a hill is in a quiet neighborhood and features a back yard with awning and patio, perfect for fellowshipping with family. The original hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, and cozy living room make a perfect family atmosphere. Pets welcome. Fully equipped kitchen, grill, 50" TV, WiFiLess than 5 min to Ft. Jackson and 15 minutes to Williams Brice and downtown! Perfect for military graduations or USC game day. NO PARTIES!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, the second a king bed, and the third a full bed. An additional sleep space with a full bed is off the kitchen. Please note this space does not have a door- it does have a curtain for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We have automated check-in so that you can come and go at your leisure with maximum privacy and security. That said, we are always available if you need to call or message us on the app.
The Neighborhood:
This quite residential neighborhood is only a stones throw from Fort Jackson and right off I-77, which make it super convenient for both military graduations and USC/Five Points/Columbia downtown.
It is a well established neighborhood surrounded by lakes and heavily wooded, which makes for a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We respect our neighbors, so we have a very strict policy of NO PARTIES or loud outdoor noise. If you are looking to spend time with family, this is a great place! If you are looking to throw a large party, this is NOT the place for you.
Getting Around:
Definitely recommend to have a car or plan to take uber/lyft/cab.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We do NOT allow any parties or loud outdoor noise that would disturb our neighbors.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
