Summary: We liked the building, the parking, and the entire apartment. We could walk to the beach or drive for 5 minutes and park - pretty much for free. Beach was beautiful and clean. -- the neighborhood of the building, however, is one big construction sight, offering lots of daytime noise, coming from several directions at once. There was also so much trash everywhere....The front of the building, the lobby, and the facilities in general, were VERY, Very clean. Excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bedrooms were spacious and the cupboards very nice. However, the mattresses in the bedrooms were not so great - especially in the secondary queen-sized room. The bunk beds were better than average. The master suite had an amazing view and a reasonably good mattress. The open-out bed/sofa in the bunk bedroom is lumpy and uncomfortable. The two fold-ups were pretty good - mattresses were 4 inch foam. The best sleep spot in the house is the livingroom sofa. Two of us slept there for the second night... We were 3 adults (61, 31, and 30) and 2 children (5 and 3) who loved their room and beds. The mattress situation was reported to the property manager. She was dismayed but responded very well to my criticism. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely stay there again aif better mattresses are in place...... ALL in ALL - we really enjoyed our visit and spent 75% of our time on the beach! We were also thrilled at all the options for Kosher take-out. Super nice vacation - 50 min drive from Jerusalem - perfect with two little ones with us. P.S. The laundry was super nice to have available and worked just great!
