Positive: The view is absolutely incredible, 1000/10. Truly the highlight of the stay. The room was big, new and very beautiful. The restaurant staff were amazing, cheerful, polite, and very helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we could enjoy our day before our flight, which was very helpful.

Negative: Our room was around 4 times more expensive than in other hotels in the area, and the experience did not justify the price. Strong smell from nearby stables and camels. The location is chaotic with camels, horses, and people constantly approaching for tips. Some taxis refused to come to the area. The room was not cleaned at all during our 4-day stay, and no fresh towels or toiletries were provided (we ran out). The bed, while comfortable, was extremely noisy with even small movements. We couldn’t sleep. The fridge was very noisy as well. Very slow internet. No spa or sauna on the property, even though they’re mentioned in the amenities. They told us to use the pool but it was super dirty and foggy, as if it wasn’t being properly filtered. Breakfast was not great. Very small variety and just ok to snack something in the morning. Restaurant closed on Friday at 21:45 despite the app stating 23:30, so we stayed hungry. Reception tried to sell us a “special deal” trip to Sakkara immediately upon arrival when we were exhausted and just wanted to go to our room.

Summary: Overall, the view and staff were great, but the property did not offer good value for the price we paid.
