Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was exceptionally helpful and they give you the best experience and if you’re not they will definitely immediately look to fix it!! My purse and passport was lost on this trip 2 days into a 7 day stay in Israel and it was definitely devastating but the staff Niv and another guy on the afternoons and there friends helped me get my spirits up. They asked me if I needed food or anything they would help til I got help. They sat with me or I should say they let me sit with them. They helped me get the courage to get on a bus and train to go to Jerusalem and see what I can of Israel. I lost 3 tours cause I didn’t have money or passport. Thank God the embassy was down the street. The hotel is just what you need. I will stay there in 2027 when I come back for the right price.

Negative: I didn’t like I had to leave all the beautiful people I met in this hotel.
