Positive: Location perfect form my needs,eg near friends.

Negative: It was advertised as having 2 pools but the water was only up to your knees in both pools. This "resort" (it is not a resort) is a venues location for weddings and large group events for local Israelis - it isn't geared for the international tourist market - the phone simply isn't answered or is answered by an Israel recording. The staff don't return calls but send messages in Hebrew which is inapproriate to an international tourist. And the reception staff don't care anyway - they are too busy chatting amongst themselves.

Summary: Good location. Poor facilities and staffing.
