Summary: The girls in the reception were super nice, friendly and helpful. The problem was with the guy who worked overnight the date of my check out, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He hardly paid attention to my questions because he was more concerned in playing video games in his phone. He also made jokes on how well he spoke English and Spanish and he didn't, because he didn't know whst I was asking him. He was not at the desk upon my check out from the hotel, he was outside the hotel smoking, so I and my driver had to wait for him to bring my breakfast box. One of the worst things in this hotel was that I could not sleep at all, my room was underneath the cafeteria/restaurant the constant loud noise of moving furniture started early in the morning around 6 am to 9 am and in the evening there was a party with music until midnight or more and then the moving of furniture and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant unyil 3 am. Horrible!
