Interaction with the guests:
There is a code door to enable the guests to have an option for self check in at any time.
We can meet the guests upon check in and check out and whenever they need anything we can be reached on (by email or telephone given to them once they book the property)

Any extra guest is charged 25-30$ per guest per night (all ages are charged).

Electricity is charged as extra (according to meter reading 1.1 shekel per 1 KW).

Weekly cleaning: mandatory fee over 14 nights stay, will be charged upon check in

For longer stays over 14 days stay - one cleaning visit per week will be added to the total (3-4 weekly cleanings per month) and will be charged upon arrival 120-150$ depends on number of guests.
Final cleaning: will be added to the total price for all reservations 240$-320$ depends on num of guests.
Electricity: is charged according to meter reading upon check out (1.1 ILS per 1 KW).
