Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Kubu Lodge for 11 nights. The staff and owners, Nicole and Manfred, were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and kept clean. Breakfast was a delight every morning with fresh fruit, fresh bread and eggs made to order. The ladies knew my husband liked mushrooms and they made sure he had them on his plate every morning. We ate several dinners there and particularly enjoyed the meals prepared in the boma. We saw many animals as we drove into Hoedspruit everyday. The Kubu Lodge is a peaceful place that calls one to rest and be refreshed.
