The Space:
The lower floor houses 5 bedrooms (2 master suites), each with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The lay out allows privacy of master suite separated from other bedrooms. Each bedroom has at least a Queen size bed, with 1 bedroom having twin beds.
There is a generous living room for relaxation on each floor.
Upstairs area has open plan kitchen, dining room and spacious living room that leads out onto a wrap-around terrace with private heated swimming pool, sun loungers and outside dining area, including BBQ. With views of the city behind and the sea & marina directly in front of you, these stunning views are perfect from sunrise to sunset.

Located in a small private luxury residential building with secure access, you are right on the beachfront of Tel Aviv, located opposite the steps of Gordon beach on the main Tel Aviv strip to enjoy a morning run, swim, SUP through to the musicians playing at sunset.
You are directly by the surf school, beachfront cafe's of Loullie, Lala Land, the beach gym and Hilton marina. The bustling cafes and restaurants of Dizengoff are a 5 minute walk way. The nightlife of Tel Aviv is easily accessible from the apartment, whether to the Port area, Jaffa, Neve Tsedek or Rothschild.
The nearest large supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away, with rental car services, delicatessens, launderettes and shopping at Dizengoff centre also a 5-7 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
We have 3 parking spaces available in the underground parking of the building.

In view of the private residential nature of this building, it is forbidden (by building management and security) to host parties or events at the apartment. Respecting our neighbours and the building is essential to us.
