You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closet.
*PLEASE NOTE: This is not a spring break property, and spring breakers are not welcome.
The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be denied access to the house with no refund.
There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for heating the pool. You must contact the host at least 2 days in advance to enable this feature. The pool can be heated May through October only- depending on outside temps (no heating option November through April due to outside temperatures). The Hot Tub can be used all year round.
Our pet fee is $200 for the duration of your stay (max 2 dogs allowed on property). Please be sure to reach out before booking if you have any dogs coming on your trip and read through the pet rules prior to booking.

- Age of person booking must be at least 25 years and must be one of the guests. No one under 25 may stay unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
-Booking person must stay in the unit the entire duration. Third party bookings (booking for someone else) is not permitted
- Only registered guests allowed on property
- No smoking of ANY substance is permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside) A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside.
- No loud noises or music after 10pm
- NO PARTIES
- Only registered pets are allowed
- Max 2 pets
- No pets allowed in beds or on furniture. A dog bed and dog blankets are provided for their comfort.
- Please crate animals when not home. They must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
- Pick up any solid waste from pets in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if guest does not pick up dog waste.
- DO NOT let your pets go to the bathroom on the turf; only the grass areas!!
- No moving of furniture
- Do not bring inside toys to the beach or pool area. They belong inside only.
- No parking on grass
