Positive: I like the most behaviour of Mr Naveen, General Manager at Maple Resort, Chail. He himself greeted with smile at the dinning area and made us comfortable and was personally looking after the requirements of the guests and even trying to serve personally instead of monitoring from his Office. He is caring and managing each and every activity from reception to dining to common sitting area etc. 10 our of 10 for Mr Naveen, who is great asset for management of the resort.

Negative: After booking, I have checked with the Resort regarding availability of Driver's dormitory as to accommodate my driver during my stay and the Resort had confirmed via email about the availability of Driver's dormitory and on arrival at the Resort at about 7.00 pm, I was surprised to know that there's no such facility of providing Dormitory accommodation to the accompanying Driver and the Staff present there, they advised to put up the stay of Driver at Homestay, just opposite the Resort @ Rs. 2000/- per night and when, I told the Staff that I have received mail from the Resort regarding availability of Driver accommodation at Resort and even confirmation E-mail was shown to them and then the staff refused to acknowledge the same and they further advised that all the Driver's stay and sleep for the night in thier own vehicle and your Driver can also sleep in the vehicle. Having no other option, my Driver was forced to sleep for the night in the vehicle and on the next day, my driver was suffering from health issues due to his stay for the whole cold night in the vehicle in a 6 degree temperature. These days Booking.com is getting unreliable and my advise to the people is to check for accommodation through other Apps also.
