This home is completely renovated! The inside of the home has new floors, new light fixtures, a new stairway, a newly updated kitchen with stainless appliances, a new laundry room, and new bathrooms with updated tile and fixtures. It is bright and contemporary, with professionally decorated décor.
This beautiful 5th-row home in the desirable Sea Pines Plantation offers four bedrooms and another bonus room, three and a half bathrooms, and a great private backyard with a large pool.
Upon entry, you step into the two-story living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of your private backyard and pool area. This very spacious living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa as well as a wide-screen TV.
Just off the living room, you will find two cozy conversation areas. One area features four comfortable chairs and a low table, perfect for after-dinner cocktails or family game nights. The other area off the kitchen has two deep club chairs separated by a reading lamp, with a view of the kitchen or of the backyard. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee.
The updated kitchen offers white cabinets, quartz countertops, a large stainless refrigerator, two ovens, an electric cooktop, a high-powered microwave, a new dishwasher, and a farmhouse porcelain sink. New fixtures keep the kitchen bright and inviting. The center island seats three, while the large dining table seats eight. The kitchen is bright and spacious and a perfect gathering area for your entire family and friends.
Also on this floor is a brand new laundry room with new appliances, a large soaking sink, and a powder room.

Six reclining pool deck chairs sit around the very large kidney-shaped pool. The pool is 24x14.
The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard, with a less than 2-minute walk to the beach.
Memorial Day through Labor Day, pool heat is included!
