Review Score: 6

Summary: Check in was tedious. Room was not cleaned properly. Many changes but not notifying us prior like swimming caps for indoor pool as one eg. Food quality is definitely not upto standard of a 4* hotel. Breakfast was poor. Staff only cleaned the room very very late. Front desk staff are not welcoming and hospitable.
