Summary: Check-in process was quick. We were upgraded to a family suite and our second room was a suite. The family suite was an older model, and the regular suite was recently updated. Bell man was quick and attentive and brought our luggage quickly to our rooms. Locating the hotel can be a challenge, especially in the evening and during rush-hour
