Positive: Everything was perfect. You don’t need to worry about check-in, as the key is placed in a lockbox. The host sends you the access code and coordinates everything smoothly with the security staff. This is an apartment located within a hotel property, which gives you the best of both worlds. On one hand, you can enjoy hotel facilities such as a heated swimming pool, restaurants, a private beach, and evening entertainment events. On the other hand, you have the freedom of an apartment: you can cook your own food, wash your clothes, and use your own fridge. There is a nearby supermarket (about 10 minutes by car), or you can simply order from the supermarket via WhatsApp and have your groceries delivered for around 1 EUR. Payment by card is possible, which is very convenient. The apartment itself has a perfect location within the property. It receives direct sunlight in the morning, which makes it warm during the winter season and allows laundry to dry very quickly. It is also on the first floor, with direct access to the swimming pool. Everything inside the apartment is new and very clean. The internet is fast and reliable. Hot water and air conditioning work perfectly. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels provided for the beach, shower, and general use. There is also a smart TV connected to the internet if needed. The apartment is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to four people. You will find everything you might need—things you often don’t even find in 5-star hotels—such as toothbrushes, shaving tools, shampoo, soap, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and laundry detergent. The host also provides mineral water and juice, which is very generous and unexpected. The host is extremely friendly, communicates very well, checks in regularly, and is always responsive.

Negative: Nothing to say—everything was perfect. I have no complaints at all. You can see that everyone has rated the host 10/10, and that is definitely not by chance. I have been to several locations/apartments in Sahl Hasheesh, and this is the best one so far.
