Positive: Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. Pictures as described. Friendly and helpful host (sent videos for accessing apartment and parking, which were super helpful) 5 minute walk to the beach. Modern appliances Spacious areas to relax Big bedrooms TV’s with Netflix Plenty of linen for all beds + lots of towels Private parking spot 2.5 bathrooms (master bedroom has own bathroom with shower, second bathroom has tub/shower) Shabbat elevator Shabbat hot plates and urns Mamad (ie “safe room”) in apartment Comfortable balcony furniture

Negative: These didn’t ruin my stay, just observations: - Not enough silverware for 6 ppl (we ended up supplementing with plasticware) - Only staples were coffee, tea, salt and sugar so you’ll need to buy your own - Not many instructions for using appliances (oven, stovetop, hot water timer etc). We were able to figure things out but for someone not familiar with non-US appliance, it would have been confusing.
