Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly retreat on charming Wilmington Island! This expansive 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers ample space and comfort for your group.
It sits on a full acre, perfectly located between Downtown Savannah and the beaches at Tybee Island. Both are only a short 12-15 minute drive!

The space
This property has a kids' interior playhouse, arcades (nba jam and pac-man), a treehouse with slide and zipline, a custom 16' picnic table, a hidden speakeasy with poker table, a billiards room, a hot tub with outdoor bar, a 50 amp RV hookup, two primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, along with 3 secondary bedrooms.

Because we’re on in island surrounded by marshland, critters like mosquitoes and palmettos may be spotted. We spray quarterly to prevent encounters the best we can, but sometimes, especially during the hot, damp months that the South is infamous for, you might have a run-in. We suggest bug spray (provided) to make your time spent outdoors the utmost enjoyable!
