Positive: Location is probably the best in Shimla. A lot of character and charm, one of the oldest houses in Shimla. The bedroom comes with a small beautiful sit-out lounge which is really nice as it overlloks the ridge. The place is filled with small unique artifacts and lots and lots of books.

Negative: Overall level of cleanliness, there is dust. Toilet needs upgradation. The caretaker and service staff are very sweet and nice, but limited in terms of luxury level of service one would expect in line with the daily rate for the property.
