There are several fountains, swings, and walk ways that your family will surely enjoy. The Garden Spot is located within a mile from downtown Rock Hill, Winthrop University, and Rock Hill's Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in every bedroom.
This bungalow was built circa 1928 and features 9 ft ceilings, pine floors, and a newly refinished original ball and claw tub. The tub has a hand wand but no shower.
