Summary: Clean room, exceptional staff (Natalie was wonderful and Ilan was always responsive to all questions and needs. Half a block from the beach and walking distance to shops. Excellent breakfasts in a bright and welcoming environment. Good air-conditioning ( in Tel Aviv it's a must) and relatively quiet, boutique experience. Recommend it highly.
