Summary: Had a problem initially with check-in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.But that was only due to the fact that there was a big party prior and they were having problems having the guest checkout.But the gentleman upgraded me to a sweet that had a Jacuzzi for one night and everything was fine.Thank you very much
