Summary: Just a heads up on this property .If you don’t speak fluent Italian or Russian don’t bother going .The property is huge ,but the directions to get around are only on apps ,very few of the staff speak English.The front desk were rude ,and really didn’t seem to care if we were taken care of .We didn’t have hot water for 3 days after repeated complaints they sent someone at 8 pm who said would have to come back the next day . Wry dissatisfied to say the least
