Summary: The one problem we had that stopped an excellent was that we had birds nesting over our patio so it was filthy and smelly - I reported this every day but it was only jetwashed a few times so we couldn’t use the patio area - felt this problem wasn’t taken seriously and it was too dirty for the room cleaner to tackle with a mop
