Summary: Bedroom door shut only by slamming it Unable to drawer curtains fully to meet in the middle so light came through between the otherwise excellent light-excluding curtains No information in room or lobby (neither booklet nor on TV) about hotel, e.g. how to access sports club; meal options (times, venues, costs, what); how to use the coffee machine. Though reception staff helpful. Shower water was either very hot or cold, not warm. Pkug sockets unusable without moving desk away from the wall (staff move it back). Towels & bathmat removed by cleaner & not replaced until I'd called reception twice (1hr apart) - then incorrect message passed to house team. My personal bathroom items all piled into my wash bag - left out because that's where I wanted them. No recycling facilities apparent. Reception staff very helpful (except for message re bathmat).
