Welcome to beautiful Lake Norman and Sunset Paradise! This beautiful 3 level home provides all of the great amenities to enjoy the lake while providing multiple spaces to relax, unwind and reconnect with your family and friends!

Inside the home we have 4 rooms with beds (details below), 3.5 baths and multiple family rooms! On the main level you will find the kitchen, dining area, primary living room with oversized sofa, guest bedroom and 2 sitting areas including one lakeside where you will take in the beautiful views of Lake Norman!
Heading upstairs and you'll find the primary with an oversized bathroom, a guest room and the bunk room that share the Jack n Jill bathroom. Step outside from the primary to the private balcony, ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy some quiet time in the evening!
On the lower level - it is game time! Test your competitive spirit with a game of foos ball or try your luck with the stand-up arcade that includes all of the classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and many more!
The outdoor amenities are amazing! During the day, take a swim off of your private dock or grab a Kayak/Paddleboard and head out to enjoy the lake! At night, relax by the covered exterior fireplace or head out to the lakeside firepit - the ideal spot for S'Mores! The property also includes a propane based grill on the lakeside, main level deck and corn hole boards.
