Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, while the fifth bedroom accommodates two additional guests and can also be used flexibly as a guest or staff room.
At the heart of the villa is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass façades, creating a seamless connection between the interior and surrounding landscape. A fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for comfortable living and shared dining.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, generous terraces, sun loungers, comfortable lounge areas and an outdoor dining space overlooking the Red Sea.
