This Home sits 400ft from the ocean and has a clear view of the intercostal water way from the front decks. Views of the ocean from the back decks. We are within walking distance to Lockwood Folly. That is were the Atlantic ocean meets the intercostal waterway. If you take quick walk to ""The Point which is the end of the island you will enjoy wonderful sunsets or sit on the front porch rocking in the chairs and watch the sunset....the choice is yours. Decks have Pollywood furniture to relax while enjoying the views or dining Al Fresco. The home is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. Spacious outdoor shower with dressing area. There is a De-Sanding Station near the outside shower. Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bar Top with four stools. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Large Dining room table seats 10. Full Size stackable washer and dryer. There are two living areas. Upstairs family room with vaulted ceiling and first floor den. Both Living areas have 60 inch TVs. Basic cable TV with with Apple TV Free Wifi. Central Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans in all rooms.
