Positive: Great place for family at a reasonable cost. 3 large bedrooms, living room, large TV, high speed internet, dining and open kitchen. 1 atta hed toilet and 1 bath and 1 separate wc was good The massage chair was a bonus. We loved it. The owner has made the bungalow for himself n then leased it. Lower ground covered parking. 24 hours solar heated hot water. Location closed to Bibi Ka Makbara. Some basic grocery shops around. Wine shop just across. Owner is responsive and available on WhatsApp. Caretaker comes between 10 and 12 am for housekeeping. He also washes the utensils if any. We made our breakfast and tea. Ordered food on Zomato. 1 entire day for Ajinta. Long drive of 2.30 hours one way. Ellora is 30 min. Away. We were 5 people. 2 couples and a grown up adolescent boy. There's a sofa cup bed in the living room which probably can accommodate 2 more. So total 8 nos.

Negative: No complaints. But a microwave for heating up food and an electric kettle for tea coffee would have been handy. Crockery cutlery is limited. 7 dogs were barking on the streets from 2 am till 6 am. This troubled us on 1st night. But after complaining to the caretaker and owner, they probably managed something. This is a problem with city as such. Something should be done collectively by the citizens. The toilets didn't have wet and dry area. Can be improved to match the hotels.

Summary: Great place for family at a reasonable price.
