Positive: Spacious 3BHK in a nice society. Staff was helpful.

Negative: Very unclean with stains on kitchen walls, fridge was filthy, broken furniture and fittings. Not even a sofa to sit. Mattresses were too hard. Apartment needs a serious deep cleaning. Not even a clean water bottle in the house. Good that we had our own. We were driving from Tadoba to Mumbai and needed a place for night halt only. But this place is 24 kms from Samruddhi marg. 30 mins to reach Samruddhi.
